Excel Deals, founded by Late Mr.A.K. Nair is one of the leading clothing manufacturers at Tirupur. With very modest beginnings in the export of cotton yarn, our founder Late Mr. A.K. Nair nurtured the organization into valued-added produce of readymade garments.
Since the inception in 1975 at Mumbai, it is the never-ending quest for excellence that drives the will to create the best quality knitted and woven garments and fabrics that are sought after by global and domestic brands.
During the year 1990, we established our knitwear manufacturing factory in Tirupur to cater to the demands of customers in Europe and North America.
In the late 2000, we realized the potential of the ever-growing domestic demand for readymade garments in the Indian market and formed our sister concern, “Aekays which caters exclusively for the supply of quality garments to brands in India.
Today, at the helm of the Group are Mr.V.Ravindranath and Mr.V.Rajendran, administering a turn over in excess of US$ 40 million.
The state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Tirupur is the only factory to produce circular knits and flat knits, all under a single roof with a total production capacity of 1.5 million knit garments and 2, 00,000 sweaters. To cater to the demand for woven garments, we set up our sourcing office in Bangalore which will assist customers in collaborating with factories that make woven shirts, shorts, trousers and value added jackets. We have tied up with factories that can make quantities of 250 pieces per style to 2500 pieces. We assist customers to source new fabrics and products and ensure timely delivery and quality in the products sourced through our offices.
