The fabric is knitted with superior quality yarn after checking all the quality parameters and then processed at the best dyeing units to ensure quality fabric for production. The processed fabric is inspected by trained workforce and after all quality checks, is passed on to production.

At the Lab, every fabric passes through stringent tests for color fastness, wet rub, dry rub, shrinkage, GSM Crocking and spirality.

The fabric is knitted with superior quality Compact yarn; all the quality parameters are checked and then stacked with codes and lot numbers to be sent to the Production Units. During the multifarious production processes, the garment is tested through all the quality checks to meet the requirements of the buyers.

Sophisticated ultrasonic machines are put to use for the different cutting and folding activities of the fabric and the design department provides the customer the optimum mix of the right design, texture and color.

Manual adeptness and refined automation provide the ultimate support in the impeccable cutting and washing processes like Dyeing, Enzyme, Silicon, Acid and Bio Washes, Blasting etc. that are performed with utmost care.

The colorful embroidery that adds to the intricate beauty of any garment is facilitated by exclusive Barudan Embroidery Machines and Laser Appliqué Cutting that work in unison for a perfect design outcome.

Customized prints using Plastisol, Pigment, Foil, Glitter, Gel, Flock, Spray, High Density and Discharge are done by imported automated printing machines and leave an enduring impression on the garment’s feel and look.

Our skilled team and the state-of-the-art sewing machines help fuse the fabric into the desired shapes and sizes at the right time schedules, enabling quick delivery. Our strong Trims/Accessories Department supports the Production and Sampling Departments.

At the Finishing Department, overall checking is done for error-free products including needle detection, ensuring a perfect final finish of the garments.
